The flat built on 3 levels offers a magnificent view of the Mont-Saint-Michel. It includes 2 bedrooms (1 double bed,the other room with 2 single or a double in accordance with your request), living room, TV, kitchen, 1 bathroom, internet.
Access to the garden with a private area. The flat is completely independent with two entrances, one from the north and one from the south. We are located away from the road, in a quiet long dead end street where you can enjoy the peace and quiet while having quick access to the Mont Saint Michel.
Very comfortable gîte for 4 people, no smoking, no pets allowed.

There is a bus station 5 min away from location which is amazing, but the thing is that there are only 5 buses a day with a 2-3 hour interval (2 buses on weekends at no season time of the year) so if you miss it just be ready to walk 40 min to Pontorson to the train station. Taxi or Uber is also not that easy to get.

This small house offers a fantastic setting. It has 1 bedroom on the first floor with a sofa on the mezzanine, the living room on the ground floor has a sofa bed, TV, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, internet.
The garden is enclosed with a private area. We are located away from the road, in a quiet long dead end street where you will enjoy the peace and quiet while having quick access to the Mont Saint Michel.

This flat on the first floor of this former Auberge/Hotel will delight you with its charm and authenticity. It has a small, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a view of Mont Saint Michel, a beautiful bedroom on the south side, and a bathroom with bath and shower. All of this, on magnificent original parquet floors.
A separate garden area is reserved for you with deckchairs. We are located away from the road, in a quiet long dead end street where you can enjoy the peace and quiet while having quick access to the Mont Saint Michel.
Flat for 2 people, no smoking, no pets allowed.
Not suitable for children under 10 years old.

This apartment, located on the first floor of this former Inn/Hotel, offers optimal comfort in an authentic and welcoming environment. It features a small, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a large sofa, as well as a beautiful south-facing bedroom with its bathroom equipped with a shower. The whole is enhanced by the authentic original parquet floors.
A part of the garden is reserved for your use, equipped with deck chairs. Our location, set back from the road, offers absolute tranquility in a long dead-end street, while ensuring quick access to Mont Saint-Michel.
This apartment is designed to accommodate 2 people and is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Please note that it is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

You won’t find better rates anywhere else than here, on our website! This rate includes the tourist tax of 2€ per person per day as well as the charges (heating in particular in winter..).
Gîte “le Tilleul” : Gîte on 3 levels with two magnificent views of the Mont Saint Michel, it has two bedrooms, one of which can be adapted to your needs, either as a single or double bed. Price: 96€/night based on a minimum of 2 nights except in high season (July/August) where we have a minimum of 7 nights.
Gîte “le Prunier” : This Gîte has a double bed on the first floor and a sofa bed on the ground floor. The sofa on the mezzanine is in fact a bed and offers the possibility of sleeping as well, however the gîte can only accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Price 85€/night based on a minimum of 2 nights except in high season (July/August) where we have a minimum of 7 nights.
Each Gite also has a private garden area with table, chairs and deckchairs. We have a large off-centre garden where the games are concentrated, including a table tennis table and various racket games.
Flat “le Noyer”: This first floor flat for 2 people offers a beautiful service with its original parquet floors, its great decoration and its magnificent view of the Mont Saint Michel. The price is 85€/night based on a minimum of 2 nights except in high season (July/August) where we have a minimum of 4 nights.
Flat “le Merisier”: This first floor flat for 2 people offers a beautiful service as well, with, its charming decoration and its great confort. The price is 80€/night based on a minimum of 2 nights except in high season (July/August) where we have a minimum of 4 nights.
I remind you that the rates advertised here are about 15% lower than the rates charged by the internet operators! That is to say a serious saving, in particular on the long stays.
Prices can change with season.
The Gîtes are “non-smoking”, clean on arrival, please of taking care of it.
Arrival in the premises is possible from 5 pm. Departure must be before 10 am.
We will give a full refund for cancellations made 15 days prior to the date of arrival and about 50% until the last 48 hours. If a lockdown event occurs following your booking and prevents you from joining us, we will also give you a full refund.
Not allowed
The parking is free, your car is safe here.
Bicycles are at your disposal to reach the Mont Saint Michel as well as to visit the surroundings, we have all sizes. Helmets are available for children and we also have two baby seats.
The minimum stay is 2 days, and 7 days during the high season on 1 July/31 August (4 days for Le Noyer and Le Merisier).
It is forbidden to have a “party” in our gîtes.
